Armored thermal resistance sensor

The structure of thermal resistance sensor

It is mainly by the temperature puppet heads and paper tubes.Puppet heads, positive and negative dual wire welding in the compensation wire, wear compensating lead wire embedded in the stent, the stent coat a small paper tube, the thermocouple wire to the quartz support and protection. Outermost fitted with a cap, all components of the anti-residue concentrated load dump adhesion to the refractory filler to form a whole, rather than removable, it is a one-time use.

 

The use of methods 

1, according to the measurement object and scope, select the appropriate protection for the length of the paper tube and the applicable temperature gun.

2, the thermal resistance mounted on the temperature gun record, 

and after that make the secondary instrument pointer (or display) back to zero, then the exposure can be measured.

3.Thermal resistance sensor into the molten steel depth 300-400mm is appropriate, 

when measured not measured on the furnace wall or the scum, so that: fast, stable, accurate, and should be immediately put the gun when the secondary instrument results, fast thermocouple in the molten steel in the soaking time shall not be more than five seconds, or easy to burn the temperature gun.

4, the temperature gun from the furnace, remove the used thermocouple, and install new, pause a few minutes in preparation for the next measurement. Shall not be measured even with the demolition, otherwise caused by temperature fluctuations.
